Carmina Bayombong is fiercely committed to igniting potential and fostering opportunity for underserved communities. Recognizing the limitations faced by disadvantaged youth, Carmina founded Invested in 2016 to address the critical need for accessible pathways to livelihood.

Throughout her career, Carmina has been a catalyst for change, securing over $10 million in funding for impact businesses in developing markets and empowering over 10,000 young people through personalized training. Her dedication extends beyond her organization, as she currently serves as the Student Loan Director for the University of the Philippines Alumni Engineers and acts as a Board Advisor for U-Go, an initiative supporting the educational aspirations of young women in low-income countries.

Carmina's unwavering commitment to education and social impact has garnered global recognition. Honored as a Forbes 30 Under 30 and a Tatler Generation T Honoree, she has also been recognized as an Obama Asia Pacific Leader and a Two-Time Female CEO Awardee by the Cartier Women's Initiative. Additionally, the Philippine Government acknowledged her as an Outstanding Woman in the Nation's Service.
