What to expect from the role
You will be responsible for establishing an outbound sales centre and for managing a team of Telesales Representatives engaged in proactive and targeted outbound sales prospecting.
Your team will make outbound sales calls to existing and new customer
Arrange daily/weekly meetings with staff as appropriate to review overall team/individual performance.
Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to track success and/or recurring problems.
Upsell additional products as the need arises
Work closely with the senior leadership to manage, develop, and enhance key elements of the outbound contact centre sales operations
Continually improve call scripts, sales tactics, and outbound dialling strategies to drive maximum ROI
Accountable for developing and sustaining a centre culture of sales excellence
Bachelor's Degree graduate
5 years experience in Telesales, Outbound Call for local campaign
3+ years working in a management capacity supervising outbound sales teams and front-line leadership
Desire and ability to build and maximize the effectiveness of outbound contact teams
Entrepreneurial self-starter, hands-on, doesn't mind getting hands dirty
Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, portraying an ability to move and inspire a large group in a unified direction and vision
