Technical Recruiter (Part-time)
Building on our success, we are looking for a passionate and driven recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining the highest service levels to meet our client and candidates’ requirements.
This position will be based on Cebu, Philippines.
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process (sourcing, screening, coordinating, interviewing, negotiating, and offer acceptance) for a portfolio of high priority requisitions
- Source candidates for open positions at technology companies and gives their technology background and understanding of the process
- Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
- Deliver a consistently positive experience to all candidates at every stage of the recruitment process
- Implement sourcing strategies
- Ability to understand the technology and to keep in touch of technology trends at the client company
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with recruiting leaders at all levels across the firm
- Keep the candidate pipeline full by recruiting, evaluating, matching, submitting, placing, reactivating and retaining right IT candidates
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Other duties as may be assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Experience in the staffing industry is highly preferred
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience
- Has good communication skills
- Highly driven, self-motivated and sales-driven mindset
- Be able to adapt quickly and have strong multi-tasking skills under tight timelines
