Delegating tasks to team members.
Manage staff schedules, staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, monitoring;
Define and manage the tasks, roles and responsibilities of the customer teams.
At least 1-2 years experience in managing a team of at least 10 people in a BPO setup
Subject Matter Expert for 2 years will be considered as well.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.
Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance.
