Philippines’ trusted executive search and recruitment company Lennor Metier is urgently recruiting for a highly technical Solutions Specialist on behalf of our IT client.


The position will be Makati City, Philippines.


Job Summary


This role is responsible for providing customer support services to company’s customers. This person may be involved in the planning, implementation, quality assurance, testing, training and resolution of technical issues for customer and internal project.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth technical knowledge for a specific product line and domain expertise within technology subject area.
  • Communicate regularly both verbally and in writing, with customers, prospective customers, Sales teams and your manager.
  • Involvement in post-sales efforts including but not limited to: product installation, testing, QA, product trainings and out of the box configuration.
  • Support and troubleshoot production applications. Document client feature requests and issues, providing feedback to sales and product management
  • Assist support team in resolving issues
  • Assist Lead Consultants in project implementations (OR Case Study)
  • Creates Product Documentation – Design Document, UAT Scripts and Hand-over documents


Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Travels periodically to meet with domestic clients
  • To comply with company’s mission, values and standards
  • To keep the Line manager informed of the status of agreed tasks and of any critical problem areas
  • To identify and offer suggestions to improve efficiency
  • To participate in optimizing business procedures and systems
  • Comment/advise on undesirable conditions within the organization and propose potential solutions for improvements
  • To identify and offer suggestions to improve efficiency
  • To be well informed and familiar with the latest developments in company’s business

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of two-year Vocational/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related.
  • 1-year relevant experience
  • Required technical knowledge: Networking Basics, SQL Basics, System Administration Basics (AD, Web, Apache, Email)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective listening skills
  • Good customer service skills and phone etiquette
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Ability to work in all levels of the organization

Has organizational and time management skill
