Philippines’ trusted executive search and recruitment company Lennor Metier is urgently recruiting for a result-oriented Sales Executive for Food Service Account on behalf of a global FMCG company.
The position will be based in Quezon City, Philippines.
Responsible for market performance for both Food Service and Industrial channel.
- The staff is responsible for the in-market sales achievement, driving the growth in foodservice and industrial channel
- To track, monitor and analyze product, channel and customer sales trends in order to maximize sales opportunities and achieve desired sales results
- Working with the distributor sales team to ensure execution excellence in 3 key aspects i.e accounts/outlets penetration, product & SKU portfolio expansion, and joint promotion activities implementation
- To build and strengthen business relationship with the key sub-distributors and wholesalers, where relevant to drive product distribution or penetration
- Identify market potential to expand customer base in the foodservice and industrial channel and extend product range usage of the customers
- A regular visit to the key cities in the region is required to identify business opportunities and issues
- Provide market intelligence regarding market trend and competitor activities in the respective region and provide recommendations for follow-up action whenever required
- Bachelor's Degree graduate
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales and marketing, preferably from leading MNC food companies
- Experience in foodservice or industrial channel are desired (working experience in other trade channels will also be considered) and experience in working through distributors is preferred for this position
