Philippines’ trusted executive search and recruitment company Lennor Metier is urgently recruiting for a highly technical Sales and Marketing Manager on behalf of our IT client.

The position will be Makati City, Philippines.


Job Summary


This role is responsible for planning, implementing and directing sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives. Under limited supervision will lead a team of Sales professionals with a focus on building customer relationships, increasing sales revenue and improving current sales processes and maintaining principal partner relationships. This position will serve as a connection and client satisfaction and expanding the product and services offering. The Sales Manager will manage the team and oversee the performance of its members to ensure the measurements set by the management is well-achieved.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals revenues
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel
  • Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform clearly
  • Provide feedback, mentorship and coaching to Sales team
  • Plan and direct sales team training
  • Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
  • Coordinate and monitor sales activity (online, client meetings, etc.)
  • Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue
  • Generate timely sales reports
  • Formulate sales policies and procedures
  • Help prepare budgets
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
  • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities

Management Responsibilities:


  • Manage a team of Account Managers and oversee their activities and performance
  • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the Sales team
  • Evaluate sales performance of sales staff

Job Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field
  • At least 2 years of work experience in sales and/or marketing management
  • Familiarity with Solution Selling and typical Enterprise Sales Process
  • Preferably with background in IT or ITIL is a great advantage
  • Background in IT Sales is an advantage
  • Great negotiation skills and persuasion skills
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong data analysis
  • Has the ability to work in all levels of the organization
  • Great ability to build and develop good relationship with different customer
  • Has proven track record of achieving departmental KPIs
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Has a positive mindset and resilience to change
  • Willing to travel locally to meet with clients
