Product Manager Manager (Concrete)

Philippines’ trusted executive search and recruitment company Lennor Metier is urgently recruiting for a Product Manager Manager on behalf of one of the leading global building materials companies. 

The position will be based in Las Pinas City, Philippines


Job Summary

The successful candidate is responsible for selling of company’s products of Concrete and achieving the forecasted sales budget. Responsible for various activities in the area of marketing strategy, product management, new product development, pricing & promotion to deliver business objectives for the assigned market



  • Develops and executes market strategies and programs to achieve the goals of the Target Market (e.g., manage current products & new product development, review and implement pricing strategy to maximize profits, look after the unit financials, monitor product demand trends, and execute promotional activities)
  • Plans and prioritizes personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity
  • Plans and manages personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy
  • Manages product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to agreed aims
  • Maintains and develops existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and to optimize the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
  • Plans/carryout/supports local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, and exhibitions
  • Responds to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods
  • Utilizes SalesForce1 for all sales activities (i.e agenda, record opportunities, quotes)
  • Monitors and reports on market and competitor activities and provides relevant reports and information
  • Attends and presents at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development
  • Attends training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills
  • Adheres to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to the care of tools & equipment
  • Adheres to the company’s established Quality and Environmental Management Systems and Quality Policy
  • Actively participates in all the company’s projects regarding quality and the environment and fully supports and acts in accordance with the company policy
  • Strictly complies with company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations
  • Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior



  • Bachelor's Degree graduate in Marketing, Business Management, or any business-related course
  • With at least seven to ten (7-10) years relevant experience in Sales, Marketing and Concrete Business
  • Possesses strong people skills and excellent communication and management skills
  • Leadership skills and people management experience
  • Strong knowledge of market trends and conditions
  • Knowledge of competitor products and strategies
  • Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a team has a proven track record in a multinational set-up
