What to expect from the role:
Identify key decision-makers and conduct research on prospective new consumer prospects.
Ability to communicate professionally with potential customers by phone, email, or webinars to learn about their company needs and establish a strong business relationship.
Create and analyze pipeline reports and dashboards for marketing and sales.
Manage, support, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to create outbound lead opportunities
Assess and examine prospects current process and requirements
Provide potential customers with interesting and well-organized information about the company's offerings.
In the Salesforce CRM system, keep sales information and activity reports well-organized, up-to-date, and correct.
Marketing, social media, branding, and communications efforts are implemented to portray the company's products and services to its target audience.
Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing efforts
Performs all additional duties as assigned in order to fulfill the section's goals and objectives.
Bachelor's degree graduate
3-5 years’ proven experience in prospecting and lead generation
1-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce CRM
Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude
Experience in creating & delivering presentations
