What to expect from the role
- Develop, enhance, and/or resolve issues relative to customer scorecards, dashboards (data visualization), and ad-hoc reporting.
- Acquire data from multiple data sources and data systems Develop, modify, maintain, and support custom reports (Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, Crystal Reports)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong experience developing Crystal Reports is essential for the role
- Strong knowledge in database scripting (MS SQL or Oracle PL/SQL)
- Substantial experience with Microsoft tools such as SSRS, SSIS, Power Pivot and Power BI
- Knowledgeable in information technology (IT) and continuous process improvement
