What to expect from the role
Develop, enhance, and/or resolve issues relative to customer scorecards, dashboards (data visualization), and ad-hoc reporting.
Acquire data from multiple data sources and data systems Develop, modify, maintain, and support custom reports (Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, Crystal Reports)
Strong experience developing Crystal Reports is essential for the role
Strong knowledge in database scripting (MS SQL or Oracle PL/SQL)
Substantial experience with Microsoft tools such as SSRS, SSIS, Power Pivot and Power BI
Knowledgeable in information technology (IT) and continuous process improvement
