An exciting Country Sales Manager role has become available at one of Asia’s trusted consumer electronics companies
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
We are looking for a result-oriented and revenue-driven Country Sales Manager to shape our Client’s sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing the next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.
What to expect from the role:
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
- Responsible for Country Profit and Loss
- Establish and sustain key relationships with key stakeholders at retailers, develop clear understanding of their strategic business ambitions
- Devise, plan, and execute on promo plans with distributors and key retailers to drive sell-through.
- Can develop a ground upmarket rollout strategy
- At least 10 years of sales substantial sales experience in consumer electronics, preferably selling smartphones
- Strong Business Acumen required – must know the marketplace and our competitors, and be proficient in analyzing and assessing financial aspects of business and implementing strategies and plans that reduce costs, enhance revenues, and improve profits
- Go-getter attitude with strong organizational and commercial skills
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
