What to expect from the role:
responsible for the in-market sales achievement, driving the growth in foodservice and industrial channel.
To track, monitor, and analyze the product, channel, and customer sales trends in order to maximize sales opportunities and achieve desired sales results
Working with distributor sales team to ensure execution excellence in 3 key aspects i.e accounts/outlets penetration, product & SKU portfolio expansion, and joint promotion activities implementation.
To build and strengthen business relationship with the key Sub Distributors and wholesalers, where relevant to drive product distribution or penetration
Identify market potential to expand the customer base in the retail channel and extend product range usage of the customers
A regular visit to the key cities in the region is required to identify business opportunities and issues
Provide market intelligence regarding market trend and competitor activities in the respective region and provide recommendations for follow-up action whenever required
Bachelor's Degree graduate. experience in Culinary and Food Technology is an advantage.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG.
Experience in foodservice or industrial channel is desired
